In honor of the Thanksgiving holiday, this week vegan eatery Spiral Diner at Zang and Beckley will begin offering the blue plate Festivus San’ich — homemade faux turkey, cranberry-pecan stuffing, cranberry cream cheese spread, lettuce and tomato on multi-grain bread. "Way better than leftovers!" its recent e-newsletter proclaims.
