Trinity River project, form-based zoning discussion Monday

Want to hear an international expert on urbanism talk about what’s happening here in Dallas and throughout the world? Courtesy of the Trinity Trust, Larry Beasley — former director of Vancouver’s planning department — will be speaking Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Methodist Hospital’s Hitt Auditorium, 1441 N. Beckley Ave. Vancouver is considered to be among the world’s most urban, walkable cities. Beasley will be briefing the city council this week, talking about form-based zoning (the city’s ongoing urbanization issue) and the Trinity River corridor project.
