Shortly after I made this post about the councilman’s seeming nonchalance over exceeding his office budget, the DMN published this editorial, reporting that Dave Neumann plans to "reimburse the city for the excess expenditures," to the tune of about $8,000. It seems he had a change of heart over the weekend, and the DMN commended Neumann for that.
