Fête to be resurrected with new concept

Earlier this month, Back Talk Oak Cliff reported the "store closing" sign hanging outside Fête, and that owner Chad Vogel was working on a new concept.

Vogel still won’t say exactly what he’s up to, but according to Nancy Visser on DMN’s Dollar Wise blog, after the store’s March 31 closing, Vogel "plans to reopen in April with a new name, new look and a completely different inventory." The plans include gutting and completely renovating the store, and reopening with the new concept by April 24.

Between now and next Tuesday when the Bishop Arts store closes, Fête is clearing out its inventory at prices up to 80 percent off.
