Looks like the fun might be over before it even begins.
You may have heard about the as-yet-unopened adult store on N. Tyler St from here or here, or from yesterday’s blog post. But after swinging by the location to get a look for myself, I’m not so sure about it’s prospects. An eviction notice filed on April 10 was taped to the door handle, along with a request to appear in court. The charge? Looks like the current tenant owes $5,000 in unpaid rent.
