We already told you about the silent art auction, the Old Oak Cliff Conservation League neighborhood conference, and the Oak Cliff Art Crawl, but that’s not all happening in our neighborhood this weekend.

For starters, attend the art show "Yolk" at Stevens Park neighborhood association president Scott Jenke’s gallery, 4 Dog Studio, on Thursday evening. And catch Flormay Holliday performing at Bolsa.

On Saturday morning, take the family on a bike ride or nature walk through the Oak Cliff Nature Preserve. Or take a tour through historic Oak Cliff with one of the Dallas Historical Society‘s expert guides. Or lace up your sneakers for the Bishop Dunne Funne Runne.

Want to attend an old-fashioned block party? Stop by 935 N. Clinton between 5:30 and 11 p.m. for ping pong, bingo, burgers and bratwurst with Kessler neighbors. BYOB, BYO chair, and BYO side dish or dessert.

If you’re looking for some education, learn how to take beautiful photos or make a collage at the Ice House Cultural Center on Saturday, or find out how to whip up dressings and sauces that will add flavor to your salads and veggies at Spiral Diner on Sunday.
