Bishop Arts Summer Fest and Homebrew Competition on June 14

The homebrew competition at Eno’s Pizza in Bishop Arts has been a long time coming. The Bishop Arts tavern has been trying to hold the event since last fall, but general manager Trent Smith told me they’ve had a hard time finding a date that works for all the competitors.

The wait is over, however — on Sunday, June 14 from 2-6 p.m., Eno’s will hold the competition outdoors near the restaurant, and bands City Folk and Happy Bullets will be there to entertain during the brew sampling. The event is bike, dog and family friendly, organizers say. We’ll have more details on the Back Talk Oak Cliff blog between now and June 14 — stay tuned.
