A Dallas Business Journal story today says that a legal battle between Norman Brinker and Kessler Park resident Ralph Isenberg won’t end with Brinker’s death. Brinker, the founder of restaurant titan Brinker International, died Tuesday at age 78. He and Isenberg had traded lawsuits regarding their real estate partnership. Brinker claimed that Isenberg had illegally withheld information related to the partnership’s real estate holdings. The partnerships in question include the Bank Tower at 400 S. Zang Blvd.
