Sit back, relax, and remember the good old days. That’s the intent of Oak Cliff Yesterday, a pictorial blog built by neighborhood resident Marcia Cirillo.

What started off as a hobby has turned into a sort of Oak Cliff yearbook. Cirillo said that she first had the idea for the site after browsing through family photos and noticing how different the town was between then and now. She instantly thought how neat it would be for other Cliff dwellers to see how Oak Cliff was 20, 30, even 40 years ago.
A few photo scans and blog posts later, Cirillo’s nostalgic website has become the premier site for Cliffies to share their stories, comment about neighborhood history, or just to browse through the photos. Cirillo mentioned that she is working with area photographers, but welcomes photographs from anyone who has them, so feel free to submit your own memories of Oak Cliff.
