Steve & the Swells’s new CD, "Happy Accidents" debuts Tuesday with a party at the Balcony Club. The band’s frontman, Oak Cliff resident Steve Leach, wrote most of the songs, which are described as "folk swing." You can hear clips from the album here. Other band members include Dennis McBride, Jim Wagner and Rick O’Connor. The party starts at 8 p.m., and the band is expected to play all of the songs on the new album.
