A series of free SAT math prep classes launches this weekend at Conrad High School. The classes will be Saturdays Sept. 12, 19, 26; Oct. 3, 10, 24; and Nov. 7 and 14. All of those classes are from 9 a.m. to noon.

Students can just show up, they register onsite. They can also come to all the classes, or just attend at random. The group will be divided into three math levels, each with different class material. Kids will also learn SAT test-taking strategies.

These classes are open to kids in public, private, charter, and home schools. If students have their own graphing calculators, they should bring them. A small supply will be available to lend out for those who don’t. The rest of the class materials will be provided.
