We just got our invitation to the "invitation only grand opening" of Smoke on Sept. 11. Good ol’ Kinky Friedman, who announced this week he is running for governor again, is hosting the event. With Kinky hosting and the restaurant’s slogan, "Raising hell from scratch!" I’m sensing a rebellious tone.
