Oak Cliff art exhibit opens at Turner House Thursday

The Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts will present work from 25 Oak Cliff artists at an exhibit at Turner House Thursday from 7:30-9 p.m. The show is part of a "salon series" of art talks that is a fundraiser for Turner House. Tickets are $15, and refreshments are included.

UT Arlington photography professor Kenda North will present an overview of the exhibit at 8 p.m.

Exhibiting artists include Rhea Allen, Steve Cruz, Richard Doherty, Jack Hammack, Todd Hedrick, Scott Jenke, Linnea Glatt, Bryan Gooding, David Lyles, Cindy Maute, Wes Miller, Charley Mitcherson, MK Semos, Megan Sherry, Tara Rochette Valure and Marla Ziegler.
