Many of us have someone with the same name who has been on the fringes of our lives. Wamre and I went to college with Rick Rockwell, who teaches at American University, and who had to endure this Rick Rockwell, who perpetuated a fraud or two during a stint on reality TV about 10 years ago.
I don’t have that problem. Jeff Siegel the pianist is supposed to be pretty good. The New York Times says "His performances were expressive and full of passion. …This is an artist who means every note he plays." I just wish people would stop asking me for free tickets.
