Michael Martin Murphey was there. Calvin Yarbrough and Alisa Peoples Yarbrough sang the national anthem and a few of their own tunes. Their 1981 hit single as Yarbrough & Peoples, "Don’t Stop the Music", has been sampled extensively in more recent rap and R&B songs.
