Chef Cary Neff, who is known for healthy cooking, will appear at Methodist hospital in Oak Cliff Wednesday as part of Methodist Health Systems’ "Live Healthy North Texas" campaign.
Neff will share recipes and tips for cooking healthy food that tastes good. He will give cooking demonstrations in the Hitt Auditorium at noon.
As part of the campaign, almost 1,700 Methodist employees have committed to living healthier. So far, employees have lost a total exceeding 3,037 pounds and logged almost 60,000 hours of activity.
