Mavs owner planning South Dallas development

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is planning a massive mixed-use development in South Dallas called "Wonderview", according to this story.

City Council is expected to approve a tax subsidy for the 176-acre project near Kiest and Southerland, which would include single-famiy homes, offices and parks.

It could be a boost for that part of the city, and it’s admirable that Cuban would prospect there. But I think he should change the name to Stevie Wonderview.
