Pace yourself, Oak Cliff. This weekend is bananas.
The second annual Oak Cliff Art Crawl starts Friday night with a performance from the Happy Bullets, Nervous Curtains, and Bridges and Blinking Lights at the Kessler Theater. Tickets are $10, and proceeds benefit the Seventh Street Mural Project.
The art crawl also includes the Better Block Project on Tyler Street and the Crave exhibit at Nova. Plus, the Turner House will be open from 1-4 p.m. Saturday for tours and an exhibition from Oak Cliff artist Cynthia Maute. The Sunset High School clarinet ensemble and jazz band will perform from 2-4 p.m., and there’s a dessert competition on the porch.
The Bishop Arts Theater Center will have an open mike session from 1-3 p.m. Saturday. A short film, "Branching Out", from Oak Cliff resident Phillip Morales screens at 3 p.m. And an exhibit from artist Jennifer Monet Cowley is on display from 1-5 p.m.

Make Shop & Studio’s Urban Street Bazaar is Saturday from 12-8 p.m. and Sunday from 12-4 p.m. in the Bishop Arts District. More than 50 vendors of handmade stuff will be on hand.
Bolsa’s farmers market is Sunday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
The Dallas International Film Festival is this weekend, and there are some local peeps with flicks in the fest.
