Allergies got me bad last week, so I stayed inside Saturday while neighbors gathered with dignitaries such as Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison and Mayor Tom Leppert for donuts and coffee to watch the capping off of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge’s centerpiece. But my neighbor Barry Kooda, bless him, was there to get some photos for us.

Now we can see this whitewashed version of the Gateway Arch peeking out of the Dallas skyline. I think it looks pretty cool.
