Man with AK-47 in jail after Elmwood standoff

Elmwood neighbors had some excitement this morning as a guy with an AK-47 had a four-hour standoff with police in the 2200 block of Wilbur.

Alleged gunman Tujuan Estaisy Session, 25, has a lengthy rap sheet. Police came to the house on Wilbur after a 911 call about a knife fight. They think Session fired the AK before they got there, but he never fired it at police. Police shot at him once but missed.

Amazingly, no one was hurt.
