Norma’s Cafe has a present for us. All this week, Oak Cliff’s comfort food hub is offering a free scoop of ice cream with the purchase of any dessert. And on Friday, July 16, they’ll have free ice cream all day without a dessert purchase.
It’s all because July is National Ice Cream Month.
