Neighbors in Lake Highlands are fighting a Dallas Housing Authority proposal to move otherwise homeless people from the Bridge into condominiums there.

They are making some of the same points there that Oak Cliff neighbors are making about a similar proposal for Cliff Manor Apartments. Those include that even though the Dallas Housing Authority complied with laws regulating transparency in government, the agency tried to slip one past neighbors.
