The Old Oak Cliff Conservation League sent us instructions for how to register to speak at the meeting. We’ve posted them after the jump. You can also email your Council rep directly: Delia Jasso, District 1, delia.jasso@dallascityhall.com or David Neumann, District 3, david.neumann@dallascityhall.com.

City Council meetings also are streamed live online.

1. Neighbors who e-mail, call or leave voice messages between 8:15 a.m.-5:15 p.m. may register to speak during the open microphone period, either as a morning or end of the meeting speaker.  If the citizen does not specify, they will be registered as an end-of-meeting speaker.

2. Neighbors who send e-mails or leave voice messages before 8:15 a.m. or after 5:15 p.m. will automatically be registered to speak during the open microphone period at the end of the meeting.
