City Council voted unanimously today to rezone a swath of Oak Cliff, mostly along the West Davis Corridor, under the Bishop-Davis plan.
Some neighbors along the corridor opposed the plan as it allows 75-foot buildings to abut residential neighborhoods. And it allows for multi-family developments.
But the plan also prohibits drive-through windows in restaurants and automotive uses for buildings along much of the corridor.
