1st Place
Keith Beasley #6 – Keith Beasley
Lake Highlands

After growing up in the warm swampy marshes of Louisiana, Keith Beasley moved to Dallas in the early 90s after his college sweetheart, Paula was accepted to law school at SMU.

What began as a love of design and football helmet logos has unbelievably turned into what some may call a job – but what Keith refers to as one “picnic of a career.” He started Clayton Everett Design, a design agency in 1991 and continues to be incredibly blessed with tons of wonderful clients that have expanded their capabilities into Corporate Branding, On·Screen Media and general cool stuff.

His two children have grown up in the Lake Highlands area; his daughter Brittany is a sophomore at Lake Highlands High School and his son, Braden, is in the 7th grade at Forest Meadow Junior High. WhoDat.

2nd Place
Jeff Jackson #9 – Jeff Jackson, aka “Lunchbox”

I love what I do and have a great time doing it. Working with everyone here at CED is like having that giant tree house we all dreamt about as kids – only bigger. A clubhouse where we create pixels and prints that span across all media.

I’m really am living the dream. I have a career working with great friends, cool clients with challenging projects. I have an amazingly talented and beautiful wife, Jen, and two polar bears for dogs, and cool old car for fun. Life can’t get any better in my eyes.

4th Place
Erik Schuessler #10 – Erik Schuessler
Oak Cliff

I am a Partner and the Lead Interface/Brand Designer for Brainfood. I have such a hard time explaining what it is I do exactly, but it is fun to try.

I’m a mix of talents and interests and that shows when I work on a project. I am usually trying to make visual elements look good together and catch your eye in web and print, but also work on animations, 3d, flash and video edits. Our client base at Brainfood is pretty wide, and there have been some interesting requests, but I am always happy to have a new challenge.

I also devote time to supporting my alma mater, providing assistance for alumni events and mixers to benefit the school, which I thoroughly enjoy.

I’ve lived all my life in Oak Cliff and swindled my wife to move here form highland park, she never regrets it.
We love oak cliff so much because of the diversity here and the wonderful places, that the rest of Dallas has no idea of. Graduate of Adamson High School, and was a Peeler Pirate growing up.
