Got questions on the wet/dry vote? Neighbors have answers

Early voting starts Oct. 18, and election day is Nov. 2. Anyone who hasn’t been drunk all summer (and some who have) know this election has an option to lift the dry laws in Dallas.

Our October cover story answers a lot of questions about wet/dry. But if you already read that, and you still have questions, or if you just want to sound off about it, some neighbors are putting together a few Q&A sessions on the wet/dry election this week.

Keep in mind that the ones organizing these meetings are restaurant owners and others who are in favor of repealing dry laws.

Here are details for the three meetings:

Tuesday, Oct. 12, 6:30 p.m., Eno’s Pizza Tavern

Saturday, Oct. 16, 11 a.m., Jack’s Backyard

Sunday, Oct. 17, 6 p.m., La Calle Doce (with Spanish translation)
