Spiral Diner has three holiday cooking classes coming up, and they’re all on Monday nights.
“Holiday fixins” is from 7-9 p.m. Nov. 15 and Dec. 13. Learn to make green beans, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, cranberry-pecan stuffing, biscuits, gravy, peanut soup and pasta salad.
“Holiday desserts” is from 7-9 p.m. Dec. 6. The lesson includes making sugar cookies, pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin pie and cinnamon rolls.
