More than 50 local high school students spent a rainy Saturday morning planting trees and cleaning up Kidd Springs Park as part of a community service project through Dallas Elevators and the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Dallas Oak Cliff Branch. Kessler Park resident Linda Salton and her son, Warren Brown, took the September Advocate to the market square of Krakow, Poland. Salton joined her son for the last three weeks of his 11-week tour across Europe.
