Decanter, which is taking the former Cafe Madrid space, is expected to open soon, and a  Dec. 29 grand-opening party is planned.

Chef Tony Gardizi says the menu below will change after three months, and after that, it will change every two weeks.

The menu has a lot of seafood dishes and prices ranging from $8 for an appetizer to $17-$22 for entrees. The entrees include seared ahi tuna with tapioca, teardrop tomato water and tomato relish, as well as slow cooked pork belly with English pea waffles and asparagus ragout, both $19.
