It’s more farmers market than craft market. The Bishop Arts Saturday Market, which debuts March 5, is seeking vendors to sell produce, breads, fresh honey and the like. But the first Saturday market also will have tents with jewelry, T-shirts and sundry items.

The markets are being organized by Amy Cowan, Jason Roberts, Andrew Howard and Jacob Waters of Lake Cliff Boot Camp. They’ll bring in entertainment from local churches and dance teams, and they’ll incorporate demonstrations on fitness, gardening and more.

The markets will be the first Saturday of every month except July and August. Vendors must provide their own tents, and a 10-foot by 10-foot space is $75 or $85 with electricity.
