Productivity killer: The United States of Shame

Humor site Pleated Jeans came out with this map of the U.S., pairing each state with what it is worst at.

Texas has the lowest high school graduation rate. According to the U.S. Census Bureau data collected in 2004, the percentage of the Texas population over 25 with at least a high school degree was 78.3 percent. Our neighbor to the east, Louisiana was a close second with 78.7 percent.

Some states are paired with grim statistics like Wyoming which has the highest rate of deadly car crashes and Connecticut which has the highest rate of breast cancer. Other states have laughable points of shame like North Dakota which is said to have the ugliest residents and New Mexico which was named the most anti-social state. Check out all 50 states claim to shame.
