We kind of like the throwback name “Dairy Mart”, but we won’t miss this old sign with the peeling letters at Sylvan and Interstate 30.
The real estate company behind the Sylvan|30 development is keeping the old Alamo Motel sign somewhere in the new development, which will include Cox Farms Market. But it’s re-purposing this one. A crew today was scraping the letters off. It will read “For Lease”.
