Grocer for former Alamo Motel site to be announced next week

It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for. Oaxaca Partners and Drexel Realty Partners will announce Tuesday the grocer tenant that will build an 11,000-square-foot store on the Sylvan|Thirty property, former site of the Alamo Motel at the northeast southeast corner of Sylvan and Fort Worth Avenue.

It’s an organic grocer.

Brent Jackson of Oaxaca announced this past summer he had a letter of intent from a grocer who was interested in the space. Speculation has abounded since then, but we’ll all find out Tuesday, March 8. So stay tuned, and you can check the Sylvan|Thirty facebook page for updates.
