The Old Oak Cliff Conservation League’s first president, Mary Griffith, will speak about the league’s early days at their quarterly membership meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at Turner House.

She’ll talk about what spurred her and Ruth Chenoweth to create the league in 1974 and what their first home tour was like.
