Oak Cliff is celebrating Cinco de Mayo twice this week. On Thursday, May 5, is the Bishop Arts wine walk: Cinco de Mayo edition. Buy a Bishop Arts District wineglass and get it filled at any of these 19 businesses:

Tranquilo, the yoga studio at Bishop and Davis, is having a big party Thursday with a margarita machine, food, DJs and a photo booth. We also heard something about dueling mariachis, which sounds awesome. We hope they only have guitars in their guitar cases.

The big Oak Cliff Cinco de Mayo celebration kicks off with a parade at 11 a.m. Saturday, followed by a celebration from noon-8 p.m. at Casa Guanajuato.

The Texas Theatre hosts the Blue Demon Film Festival with a screening of “Santo and the Blue Demon vs. Dracula and the Wolfman” at 7 p.m. Thursday. And on Sunday, they are screening “Mummies of Guanajuato” at 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
