The Old Oak Cliff Conservation League released its second-annual architecture at-risk list today. The list will be presented at an ice-cream social at Turner House tonight, but you can see it online here.

This year’s list is thoughtful and detailed, and it brings to light some interesting neighborhood history. The league also provides a status update on the buildings from last year’s list.

No. 1 on the list is the Tenth Street Historic District, which also topped last year’s list. Oak Cliff Christian Church was demolished last year, but preservationists have been successful in getting historical status for Adamson High School.

Also on the list are the L.O. Daniel Mansion; the house on Neely, where a famous photo of Lee Harvey Oswald was taken; and Aunt Stelle’s.
