Big hair, bad makeup, ruffled tuxedo shirts, white socks with dress shoes. Oak Cliff did it right for tacky prom this past weekend. Advocate photographer Nikki Cotten brought us these totally radical pictures from the “night under the stars,” which was a fundraiser for the Old Oak Cliff Conservation League.
