Artist open house on South Marlborough Saturday

Here’s another opportunity to give locally made art and treats.

Artist Gretchen Goetz is opening her home on South Marlborough Saturday for a Christmas party and art market.

Stop by 422 S. Marlborough between 11 a.m.-5 p.m. for locally created work from artists and musicians. Milo Deering will perform holiday tunes.

Stephanie Sanoja, creator of Garden District Bloody Marys will offer tastings.

Rachel Deering of Acoustic Kitchen will offer her cranberry/jalapeño jam, along with the Deerings’ Texas Jam CDs.

Goetz designed the artwork for Garden District Bloody Marys and the Acoustic Kitchen jam. She also will offer cards and prints of her artwork.

Oak Cliff-based artists Brian Jones, Brian Scott and Scott Winterrowd also will have artwork available for purchase.
