Seventh-grade student Emmanuel Ramirez is the grand prize winner of the Trinity River Art contest, celebrating the opening of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.
Ramirez is a student at W.E. Greiner Exploratory Arts Academy, and his art teacher is Joanna Henry. Henry, Ramirez and his family will be honored at a reception for all the winners in March.
