Buy patriotic antiques, give to Wounded Warrior Project

Oak Cliff resident Jason Lenox, who owns Antéks in the Dallas Design District, has spent the past year and a half amassing a collection of patriotic antiques. It all started with a 48-star American flag Lenox discovered in early 2011. Since then, he has acquired more than 25 patriotic objects, including flags, needlepoint, posters and plates.

Items in the collection are selling for $50-$450 each, and Lenox will donate 10 percent of each sale to the Wounded Warrior Project, which supports military service members wounded since Sept. 11, 2001. The items will be for sale starting Friday, June 22.
