Norma’s Café celebrates 56th anniversary

“Offering three of our most popular dishes for $1.79 is the least we could do to say, ‘Thank you’ to our loyal guests who have helped us achieve this milestone,” says Ed Murph, owner of Norma’s Cafe.

Stop by Norma’s starting at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 21, and scarf down either the famous Texas-style chicken fried steak, meatloaf, or chicken and dressing all served with fresh green beans and homemade mashed potatoes.

“Last year, we sold more than 3,200 dishes,” Murph says. “I thank our guests for being patient in line, coming with an empty stomach and ready for a great time.”

Special anniversary prices for the three dishes will be available throughout the day until supplies last, so be there early.
