Yoga is part of the plan for Sylvan | Thirty, the retail development at Fort Worth Avenue and Sylvan.
Sync Yoga has leased a 2,000-square-foot space in a two-story building at the planned development. Husband-and-wife owners Jennifer Lawson and Charles Gaby, whose current studio is in the Bishop Arts District, also are planning a roof deck for sunrise and sunset yoga classes, with views of downtown.
Other tenants for the center include Cox Farms Market, Matador Meat & Wine, Pearl Cup Coffee and a culinary incubator overseen by chef Sharon Hage.
