Chef Teiichi “Teach” Sakurai will open a fish market at the planned Sylvan | Thirty development on Fort Worth Avenue, the developer announced this morning.
The fish market, which hasn’t been named yet, will share a “direct connection to the building with organic grocer Cox Farms Market and Matador Meat & Wine.”
Other tenants announced are Pearl Cup coffee, a culinary incubator directed by chef Sharon Hage, and Sync Yoga, with its rooftop deck.
