Chef Teiichi “Teach” Sakurai will open a fish market at the planned Sylvan | Thirty development on Fort Worth Avenue, the developer announced this morning.

Sakurai owns Tei An in the Dallas Arts District, Tei Tei Robata Bar on North Henderson and Teppo on Lower Greenville.

The fish market, which hasn’t been named yet, will share a “direct connection to the building with organic grocer Cox Farms Market and Matador Meat & Wine.”

Other tenants announced are Pearl Cup coffee, a culinary incubator directed by chef Sharon Hage, and Sync Yoga, with its rooftop deck.
