Team entries to compete in the barbecue championship during the 3rd annual Blues, Bandits and BBQ festival are due Friday, Sept. 28 at 5 p.m. Winners in the categories—brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, chicken, sausage and people’s choice—can receive prize money and prestige.
