Advocate Slideshow: Elmwood street fair

A few hundred people came through the Elmwood Neighborhood Association’s street fair Saturday. The fair was part of a GOOD Ideas for Dallas project conceived this summer to revitalize Elmwood.

    It did end up shutting down a little early. Everyone was afraid that it would rain, so they took off, although all we ended up getting were a few sprinkles.

    Yes, weather was a factor. Hopefully the next one will have nothing but blue skies!

    Did it shut down early? I walked over a little after 4:30 and everything was packed up and pretty much gone. Only good old Hugo’s seemed to still be set up.
