Classes begin this Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. and continue next Wednesday, Nov. 21 for some pre-Thanksgiving calorie burning and the last Wednesday of the month, Nov. 28.
Beginners, experts and anyone in between can show up in sneakers and comfortable clothes from 7-9 p.m. each night. The Down to Rock Solid Foundation and OC3 teamed up to put together the workshops. Parents of participants under 18 must drop by the center to sign a waver.
