Art gallery opens in Bishop Arts

GingerFoxInviteSomething arty is opening in the Bishop Arts District. No, not another gastropub, a gallery.

Ginger Fox Gallery hosts its grand opening from 6-10 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12.

Artist Ginger Fox is the eponymous co-owner, but the gallery also represents about 12 other artists, most of them local, says co-owner Laura Humphrey.

“Our objective is to have fun with it,” she says, adding that the gallery wants to offer affordable prices on art, plus some other merchandise to cater to walk-by traffic.
