Construction at Sylvan | Thirty, where Cox Farms Market is planned as the anchor tenant, could start as early as next month.

The developer, neighborhood resident Brent Jackson, announced that Cox Farms and other stores could open as early as this coming fall.

Other tenants include Matador Meat and Wine, Pearl Cup coffee shop, a fish market from the owner of Tei Tei Robata Bar and Tei An, Sync Yoga and a culinary incubator lead by chef Sharon Hage. Wood Partners, which recently opened the 207-unit Alta West Davis apartments in Oak Cliff, will help oversee construction at Sylvan | Thirty. The development is expected to have “more than 200 studios and lofts,” according to iheartsylvanthirty.com.
