The annual celebration of Elvis Presley’s birthday at El Ranchito is so popular that the restaurant has turned it into a month-long celebration.
On odd Wednesdays, Jan. 9 and 23, Elvis impersonator Kraig Parker performs.
And on even Wednesdays, Jan. 16 and 30, is the Elvis impersonation contest with cash prizes for the winners.
Call 214.946.4238 to make reservations and secure a table during the performances or the contest. Reservations for the shows were not fully booked when we called yesterday, but it wouldn’t be a surprise if they fill up soon.
